What is your marketing plan small business?

How are your resolutions for business New Year come?
Many small business CEO who talked in recent weeks indicate they want to work on a new or revised marketing plan for your business in 2015. This is a great goal and commend those who take the time to sit and think and plan their marketing efforts.
A well designed marketing plan can help raise awareness of your business, attract new customers and increase sales. In the next column (because I have limited space), I will share with you a guide to develop a marketing plan for 12 months and their integration into the business plan for your business. But between the columns, I'd say you're working on that part of your plan and go to the next part that I address in future columns. Enter an "assignment of the week." OK? So I hope to help you solve your business new year.
Step 1: Examine the market
I suggest you start with a description of where your business is today and how they will put their marketing plans in place (or change) and what it means for your company next 12 months.
Now I remember what I said about the business of "planning" before. The process requires you to go through is as important as the plan itself. I will suggest a few things that I hope will be helpful to you as you think about your business and plan for how you will market it. Your introduction should contain:
• A description of your business - What products or services do you offer?
• A description of your market or business environment:
• Are there sections of your target market who are neglected and your product or service will fill that void? If so, write a brief explanation of what the market is and how your product will attract the attention of consumers.
• Is the market wants or the value of your product or service? Why?
o Is there enough money to make your product or service in your target market?
or How much profit is needed to make your business to pay?
• Does your business benefit from all the advantages of marketing separately?
or your product or service is already known?
or do you customer loyalty?
o local professional organizations endorse their products?
• Marketing challenges:
• miss brand recognition?
• Do you work with a limited budget?
• The current location of your competition:
• Is competition in this market leave room for you to be competitive?
• Positive or negative on your location?
• What are the weaknesses of your competitors? How can you use these weaknesses to your advantage?
or break the competitor to provide a flexible service can be an area that can be exploited.
o competition ignore the local market?
• Are there any foreseeable external influences on your business?
• have laws or statutes relating to their business has changed?
• Does the future construction area affects the current traffic patterns?
Okay, now get to work and start the first part of your marketing plan focuses on "the market".
